simple Punch Bowl to a Full Bar complete with a Bartender and your personal selection of
Spirits.

Full Open Bar
A full bar offering a wide selection of house and name brand beverages with a Bartender in |
attendance. Drink will be counted and charged on a consumption basis and added to the |
Sponsor's Banquet Bill, with an 18% gratuity added. |
Private Cash Bar in the Functions Room
Same selection of quality beverages offered in our Open Bar, however quests will be required to |
pay the bartender individually for their drinks. Bartender is required |
Drink Prices for Open Bar or Cash Bar will be charged the prevailing rate as charged in our |
Tavern. Bartender fee is $45.00 for the first two hours or Service (minimum charge). |
Additional Bartender Labor Charge is $18.00 per hour. |
To all prices add 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax. There is no tax on Alcoholic Beverages. |
