UPDATES FOR 2007 - Rooms have been redecorated February, 2007. New additions are wireless DSL Internet accessibility in every room, new beds with European goose down comforters and high thread linens, and most rooms have new flat panel televisions.

ABOVE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE PA SALES TAX OF 6%,
and LANCASTER COUNTY HOTEL TAX OF 5%

We are pet friendly.
There is a $ 10 per pet - per night
non-refundable fee.

All of our rooms are non-smoking,
but we do make accommodations in selected areas
of the Inn and on our patio.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required,
within 7 days of your reservation request. 
Deposits will be applied to the last day of your stay. 
We accept personal checks, American Express, 
MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Cancellations, Arrival, and Departure Information:
Check-in  3:00 PM until 10:00 PM
Check-out  12:00 Noon
Should cancellation of your confirmed reservation 
be necessary, we will gladly refund your full deposit if we 
have received notice of your cancellation within 
the following guidelines:

1 night stay........48 hours
2-5 nights...............3 days

Cancellations received outside these guidelines will be 
charged a fee equal to 1 night stay.  Deposits, less a $10.00 
service fee, will be refunded  if room is resold.
